Thank you for the help you provided me with my car. I dropped my car off without an appointment but they accepted it with a smile and professionalism. Tomie was easy to talk to and understand when he explained things to me, and was over all pleasant to deal with. When I asked for additional work to be done after the main issue was fixed there was no problem with it at all. My only gripe was the cost, but you get what you pay for here. The main issue turned out to just be a switch that was flipped in the off position. Tomie showed me where it was so I could fix it myself next time which I greatly appreciate. If I can't fix it myself and a friend of mine is busy, I'll definitely bring my car back to your company because your service was excellent. P.S. While I was there another customer dropped off his car and needed a ride home. They provided him a ride. Now I have never seen that. I would expect them to call an Uber or cab, but to take them home is above and beyond great customer care. Thank you, -Aaron
